RCMP Inspector William Fox doesn’t always play by the rules. After a near-fatal assassination attempt and a string of deadly boat bombings on the St. Lawrence River, he is pulled from the investigation and reassigned.
Meanwhile, archaeologist Tracy Jordan, William’s former sweetheart, believes a lost Chinese treasure lies hidden in Nova Scotia. Seeking proof, she travels to China, where she is kidnapped by the ruthless Foo Dog Triad, who are determined to claim the treasure for themselves.
Desperate to save his daughter, Tracy’s father, a retired CIA operative, turns to William for help. Working alongside the FBI, William must race against time to track Tracy down.
But some enemies are deadlier than others, and William may be facing a challenge he cannot survive.
