When psychic Emma Jackson experiences a terrifying vision of a teenage girl being attacked, she is left shaken and emotionally drained.
Her husband, David Harris, grows increasingly concerned when Emma whispers the girl’s name: Maggie. Together with retired police officer Bryan and his wife, Laura, the team works with the New Elgan Police Service to solve cold cases using paranormal investigation. They discover Maggie disappeared twenty years earlier and has since passed into the afterlife.
During a séance, Maggie takes control of Emma’s body and demands the team find her children.
But Maggie was only sixteen when she vanished and had no children.
As the investigation deepens, the team uncovers a horrifying human trafficking operation tied to their longtime enemy, the Dark Hands of Anubis. Emma refuses to walk away, despite the growing toll on her mental and emotional well-being.
